Gli Expands Staff to Strengthen Customer Service Team

GLI has reported about the expansion of the personnel. The customer service team has already added four members: Gabriel Benedik, Ross Edwards, Jamie Garcia, and Kevin Stich. Each employee has extensive experience and ready-made solutions to improve GLI’s position in the market.

Gabriel Benedik has been appointed as Head of Customer Solutions. He worked in various organizations for 12 years. GLI management expects him to help bring the company’s customers to new markets.

Ross Edwards has taken over as Head of Technical Compliance. He worked in various gaming jurisdictions for 18 years. GLI hopes to benefit greatly from this. It is planned that Ross will help clients improve the quality of products and services provided in the iGaming market.

Jamie Garcia moved to GLI from Scientific Games. At her previous job, she performed the duties of an engineer and checked the quality of software products. Now she will work with suppliers of electrical equipment for gambling companies and software developers for online casinos.

Kevin Stich worked for 8 years at Ditronics Financial Services. He started as a client manager, then led large projects. Here he will be in charge of coordinating activities.

The leadership of the GLI laboratory noted that new persons will bring a lot of innovation to work processes. This will positively affect not only the activities of the company itself but also the results of its customers. They will be able to achieve greater success and offer better products and services to their audience.

Recall that earlier the studio IGT reported a record annual profit of $4.1 billion.
