This is an OK casino. Good bonuses, but the support didn’t answer my question about the license. Do they have something to hide?
The casino focuses on bonuses to attract gamblers. That’s how they attracted me. I even received a birthday bonus! Everybody says about the license. I had no problems with a withdrawal, so at least they are not frauds.
I was lucky enough and didn’t have to contact support. The loyalty program and bonuses are great, but the possible lack of license is a huge question mark. I was pretty nervous when I made a deposit. However, there were no problems with verification and withdrawal. I guess I am really lucky! :)
No license = no 5 stars from me. That’s simple. You can’t be a top casino if you don’t provide gamblers with info about the permit. What if I have trouble with the administration? Where should I write? The casino functions, withdraws money. So 4 stars. Oh, wait. The support is not that great. 3 stars.
Let’s address the elephant in the room. Yes, no license on the website. They say they have one, but I have doubts. It’s not the worst casino I played in, but not the best either.
I am in Germany now, so I had to use a VPN. I’m not disappointed, but I expected more. A license from a respected regulator and a support that answers quickly, for example.
